Robin K, one of my 'old' cyberfriends whose work I greatly admire, drew my attention to this site, and I'm very glad she did.

My name is Renée, I'm Dutch, married, and proud mum of two children (who both left their parental home already). I'm a translator of a great variety of documents from English and/or French into Dutch, but the translations I like best are the romance novels - modern and historical - I do for a well-known publishing company of romance novels.

In my spare time I'm the webmistress of Mrs Darcy's Story Site , a Jane Austen fanfiction site containing stories of authors I admire, and various other Jane Austen related topics.
