I also wrote a research paper on using computer analysis techniques to determine the similarity of their writing style to that of Miss Austen. I fear I have no copies of my work. I lost touch with Douglas and Ann years ago when I changed jobs. They were living in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire at the time, if memory serves. I don't know whether either of Douglas or Ann still lives; they were not young when I knew them, more than twenty years ago. My suggestion - and it is a wild shot - is that you write to the Registrar of Coventry University where Doug lectured in the Department of Computer Science, enclosing an inquiry for them to forward to his last known address.
