Finding the booklet.

I'm the Kay of "Douglas and Kay", who put together Dorothy and Ann's booklet many years ago, Douglas Owen being Ann's husband and my colleague at the time. I also wrote a research paper on using computer analysis techniques to determine the similarity of their writing style to that of Miss Austen.

I fear I have no copies of my work. I lost touch with Douglas and Ann years ago when I changed jobs. They were living in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire at the time, if memory serves. I don't know whether either of Douglas or Ann still lives; they were not young when I knew them, more than twenty years ago.

My suggestion - and it is a wild shot - is that you write to the Registrar of Coventry University where Doug lectured in the Department of Computer Science, enclosing an inquiry for them to forward to his last known address.

There is also a copy of the booklet deposited in the British Library. The record shows:

I hope this helps you.

As a fan of Henry Crawford and one of the few desperate people clinging to his innocence I was hoping to find this booklet, but it's out of print! Do you have any idea where it can be found? - Chris
